Forensic Psychological Evaluations & Expert Witness Testimony

I provide forensic psychological evaluations for immigration asylum,
hardship evaluations, VAWA, U visa and T visa applicants.

I coordinate with the referring attorney and will only accept cases that have legal representation, with few exceptions.

Fees for forensic services vary depending on the case, anywhere between $1250 - $1800 and depending on the number of interviews required.

Assessments (interview process) typically take from 3-4 hours, depending on the persons ability to narrate their circumstances.
Some situations may call for a slower process and longer time to get through the trauma history and document symptoms needed for a good report. 

On average assessments can be completed in 1-2 sittings (of 2 hours per session), unless the respondent is unable to face exposure to the material in such a short period of time or other family members need to be interviewed as well.
Writing and finalizing a report is a lengthy process that can take 8 hours.

If an interpreter is required we would need to discuss separate payment or arrangements through the attorney for the interpreter 

Fees for court testimony are separate from the assessment and report writing process.
